| Key Responsibilities | Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records. Record sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions. Perform bank reconciliation and monitor account balances. Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports. Maintain proper documentation of financial records. Support GST, TDS, taxation, and other compliance-related accounting work. Track outstanding payments and coordinate payment follow-ups. Assist with payroll and employee expense records when required. Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and external accountants when necessary. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company financial information. |
| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification preferred. Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply. Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, accounting software, GST, and basic taxation is preferred. |
